Surfside has earned its tag line "The family Beach." The Surf Shack is surrounded by homes and condos. A very laid back and quiet area.
Information and details
Upon arrival you will find a clean home to welcome you. Clean linens on both beds and on the sleeper sofa in living area (sleeps 2). Extra linens are available in hall closet. Bath towels and washcloths are also provided for your convivence. We ask you kindly not to take our bath towels, linens, bedding or home furnishings outside of the home. There will be one roll of tissue in each bath, 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen and trash bags in kitchen as well. If there are any problems upon your arrival, please call 864-314-0043 and we will correct it ASAP.
The Surf Shack sleeps 6 and also seats 6 in kitchen and Living room. There are wall mounted televisions in both bedrooms and living room. Wi-Fi is available. There are 6 beach chairs kept downstairs for your use, please return for the next visitors to enjoy as well. There is also a picnic table located on the back deck. A charcoal grill is located under the home for your grilling needs, PLEASE keep grill on concrete. The golf cart is NOT for rent. Although your view from the back deck you can count 12 (yes 12) pools The surf shack does not have a pool, but you overlook and are surrounded by water on this back deck, so it does make for serene vibes and great views.
The kitchen is supplied with most anything you'll need for cooking and serving. Dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. Washer and dryer.
SO SORRY!!!!!!! NO PETS ALLOWED. We know! BUMMER! We love our fuzzy babies too.
You will be given a onetime code during your stay that works both the front and backdoor keypad.
Check in time 3:00 pm.
Check out time 12 noon.
Payment is due in full to reserve your vacation dates. We know unexpected things can happen. We allow a full refund up to 4 weeks before your stay. Any cancellations after this window a refund will not be issued. In the event of a Hurricane at the time of your booked vacation a refund will be issued, or you can reschedule.

You will have a green city trash can downstairs as well as a blue recycle can.
